Anne Brown, HC, AADP

Health Coach

Anne provides health coaching for adults and children who are suffering from discomfort, illnesses or allergies due to poor diet and bad lifestyles choices.

Most of this suffering is based on a misunderstanding of the critical importance of food in building a healthy body and mind. As a Health Coach, she will guide you through gradual changes adjusted to your personal and family situation, and provide you with a clear view of how food and health are related. This includes the selection of a diet and foods that work for you, serious sources of information on nutrition, newsletters, tips, recipes and demonstrations like cooking classes and shopping tours.

Anne became interested in dietary changes 20 years ago when her youngest daughter became extremely ill with allergies. A wonderful chiropractor treated her by regular adjustments, but, more importantly, a complete change in her diet. Within weeks, her allergies disappeared, her color came back, energy returned and the child was back to normal. It was at this point that Anne became aware of how bad their diet and lifestyle was, full of processed foods with virtually no wholesome, organic fresh foods and vegetables. The changes affected the entire family and for Anne, there was no turning back. Having lost 56 pounds, full of energy, and in high spirits, healthy food became a passion and her great cooking talent did the rest.

Because of all the positive changes that happened to her and her family, she decided to make a career of helping others reach these same goals.

Anne is a retired flight attendant. She has lived in many U.S. states, also, Okinawa (Japan), Greece, England and Belgium. With her Belgian husband Bruno, she now lives in Charles Town, WV.
